Still No Chance?

I've done an UPT test this morning..and it was negative..:( sad..sad..sad..it is the 28th day after my last period..huhu..yesterday actually i had some signs that my menses will be coming soon...stomach cramps sometimes...err..last week I had a great pain on my left abdomen..err..just after my fertile days..I don't why as I didn't go seeing the GP. Strange, though as I've just seen on the Sat that there's cyst at all..I though maybe the endo lesionss...errr..or maybe somekind of bladder infection as i found it difficult to urinate after that. But after a night it turned to be OK...what is it?

The Right Ovarian Cyst

Ok...this is the ovarian cyst that had been taken out of me in June or August last year (errrr...sorry..I'm quite absentminded nowadays).Scary, huh?It will be more scary if it stays in my body and explode without any treatment right?Lucky that last year, I had that kind of instinct to go for a women check up. That's was only on my right ovary. I can't really figure it out the lesions that I might have in other part of my body, close to the rectum, as sometimes I can feel a little bit pain close to it. Close to my bladder..yeah..I'm sure the endo is there too...when the doctor touch my private part, I was like kicking him!Lucky that I don't have that dull pain during intercourse. Hey sorry..I've really open here right?But if you guys having pain, plzzz...plz...seek an professional advice. I'm suggesting ok...There are other causes as well that will results in such pain.

Waiting for the Gift

I've met my gynae on the 15/03/08. He gave me a scan and little bit investigation on my lower inner part...ouch..it hurts...i was like kicking the doctor..may be there's a little bit small endo cyst over there. He scanned my ovaries, and he said they were looking good.In fact, my right ovary was having an egg waiting to be released and fertelized.He told me that it was a good time to conceive. Yes...we were just trying. Hope it will be positive at the end of this month. It's not only about having a new baby, but doc said pregnancy will help to suppress the endo naturally..yeah just hope sooo.....

The Toxic and Killing Food

Yeeehaaa...found a new website which is named as curezone.com. It is listed there that as a endo sufferer I need to get rid of toxins and the killing food. The examples of killing food may include:
1. margarine and hyrogenated fat (ouchh no more cookies for me),
2.too much sugar and sweets, food that contains hormone ( I'm sure that our chickens are sho wtih growth hormon),
3.antibiotic (yeah..i'm allergic to erythromycin n somekind of topical antibiotic in a eye ointmenet..n the chickens are also shot with antibiotics..)
4. aspartame-i don't usually use this...Alhamdulillah..some I think it is used in making preserved asam...aiyark...lesss asam my dear.just eat fresh fruit asam...mangga asam will be yummy...
5. MSG-aiyarkk..i alwiz buy food from outiside...no time to cook.or sometimes too tired to cook or maybe t lazy to cook..
6.baking powder-emm..as I can remember my husband should eliminate that thing after he went for a massage..but actually he did not...
and what else? if you think it is not good to you, it might my a toxic .....

Bifidobacteria,Prebiotic...and else....

Ouchhh..what are the differences of bifidobacteria, prebiotic, probiotic..and what else?My son was previously using Neslac3+ which contains what so called BL Bifidus...first I'd like to remind that I'm not doing any advertiisng here. I have just put him on another formula which does not contain bifidus, or the other good bacteria. Just the plain vit,iron n bla..bla..Ok..since 2 months he used the non-bifidus formula, he got the cold and cough occasionally. And as i can remember within the 2 months he got down with fever 2 times. But while he was using Nesclac with bifidus, he hardly got the cough, flu or even the bad fever....hmmm..should I change it back to the bifidus thing?
I just read on the net that the bifidus things grows in the stomach and enhance the stomach health. Well may be it is the answer as he frequently has constipation nowdays.The bifidus thing also alleviate the allergy...ouchh..allergy runs in both of the family....

Adam got A Fever

Yeah he is down with fever today. With a little cold and cough. Hope he's getting better soon after he get a course of medicine from the clinic.Dr ali wanted me make notes on these, and report to him during the appointment, so I don't know where shud I jot wn appropriately, so I just write it here...
