Hahahaha...now I'm free of taking BBT...hehe..I tend to forget for a few days..and now I forget it all. What an absent minded I am. But still I manage to see the difference in the mucus discharge..so I just give a try..no hope..just prayers

Using BBT and cervical mucus chart

I have just started taking BBT which is the Basal Body Temperature or some called it the waking temperature. Luckily, just after a day i bought the basal thermometer my period came. It was a bit late for goes for about 30 days after my last period. So now I'm still learning to understand the changes that happens to the temperature taken everyday just after I wake up, not even move from the bed yet. About the cervical mucus, I think I was almost clear that whenever I closed to my ovulation, I will have the egg white mucus for a few days, just that I don't really know which is the right day. Or when actually the egg is released from my ovary. I was so closed last month, but the pregnancy didn't occur yet. May be Allah is given me sometimes to top up my body with extra nutrition!
