Ouch...it's endo at last...

I had my laps on last 26/6...what must i say about experience?Of course it's much painful but still I'm in pain during my first day. I had to fast from 8.00am on the 26th until I got my very first breakfeast at 10am on the next day. My feelings were mixed, felt relieved that I know the painful menses that I since I was a teenager is endo..so my guess is right. Feeling uncertainty as it's sure to decrease my fertility.
So my plan:
1. I have to eat right to tame my hormones.
2. I have to exercise daily...-ouch..when i should sstart with my yoga?
3. I have to lessen the stress...so my master is just around the corner. I put on hold about thinking of pursuing Phd till I'm really ready.

My very first post....

Today is Sat 23/06/07. This is my very first post to my blog. My throat is a little itchy today, hope it will be getting better by tomorrow as I will be having my very first laps operation on Tuesday. I was just diagnosed with an ovarian cyst on my right few weeks ago. Then the 2nd gynae also told me that there might be endo as well. Hope the operation will be successful.
How do i found it? Yes I always have the painful cramping periods...almost every month. But I never take a proactive action. I thought I may not having any problem as I have successfully conceived for my first son. I just went to see my gynae for some consultation on taking charge of my asthma as I'm planning to have a new member into the family soon. She did some routine, breast check, ultrasound and pap smear. Wow you got quite a big cyst! She shouted at me..Ouchhh..really I was so suprised then..never I had imagine that. I've heard of cyst, endo and fibroid...but actually I'm a little confused about it. Luckily, my asthma symptoms is getting better by now with the help of the Seretide and a little supplement.
